If you're new — I’m Ella! The founder of Ellavated Coaching. Ellavated Coaching was born from my own journey — learning to feel strong, confident, and in control through fitness and nutrition. I decided to get my own coach in 2020, not knowing a single thing about nutrition or training, and it ended up being the best decision of my life.
As I transformed, I realised how powerful it is to step into your confidence — and I knew I wanted to help other women do the same.

Nothing makes me happier than empowering women to reach their goals and embrace a balanced lifestyle- one that nurtures both the body and the mind. After 5 years on my health and fitness journey, I am excited to use my knowledge and experience to help other women become the best version of themselves while still eating the foods they love and living a fun lifestyle – Balance baby!
