We understand life can be unpredictable. Please read our cancellation and refund terms below:

1. Coaching Packages

Once a package has been purchased and coaching has begun, no refunds will be given.
If you have not yet started your coaching and request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund may be issued.

2. Missed Check-Ins or Calls

Missed check-ins or scheduled calls without 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Pausing Services

Coaching may be paused due to illness or personal emergencies with prior notice and agreement.
Longer breaks may require the client to restart or rebook their plan.
