You’ll submit your check-in through the EverFit app using a quick form on your home page.
Just fill out the form, upload your progress photos and body metrics, and ensure your steps and nutrition data are synced. (Don’t worry — I’ll walk you through how to connect everything when we get started)
Depending on your plan (weekly or fortnightly), I’ll send you a personalised video check-in via WhatsApp with tailored feedback, support, and guidance for the week ahead.

Yes — coaching can be paused due to personal matters, emergencies, or illness. Please reach out to me directly so we can discuss your situation and explore the best option for you.
In some cases, longer breaks may require you to restart or re-book your plan, depending on the circumstances.
If you haven’t started your coaching and request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be provided.
However, once coaching has begun, no refunds will be issued. For example, if you choose to forfeit your program halfway through, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Nope — neither is mandatory. Every program is tailored to suit your preferences, lifestyle, and experience level.
Tracking macros can be a helpful tool for achieving your goals more efficiently by increasing your awareness around nutrition. But it’s not essential.
When it comes to meals, you can choose to follow a structured plan or use your personalised macro targets to guide more flexible food choices.
